Production Manager - Injection Moulding

The firm is a very niche and friendly one; they produce some very bespoke work and have a strong background in Art. A team of 13 from moulding technicians through to Production Engineers and Sales/Support staff.
A very strong firm in scale modelling offering an unparalleled ability to make models to scale perfection. Their other areas of expertise include intricate resin and metal castings.
This role requires a person who has proven supervisory/management experience in a production role. You will be responsible for a team of 7 (including 2 mould technicians) to ensure the products are completed and sent out to time. Aspects of the role will include sales, logistics, packing, customer liaison, marketing and management.
It will be a varied role but a rewarding one; the firm are very busy and this need is an immediate one.
Any previous experience in injection moulding or from an art based company would be very appealing.
This is an immediate start with a good salary depending on experience. The start date of the role is to be January 2012 at the latest, with opportunities to start before the new year if the right candidate is available.
