Our client is a highly successful major UK manufacturer of industrial designed and engineered components to multinationals, blue chip manufacturing companies and utilities. With turnover passing 10m and growing through acquisition by 10% per annum. Profitable with an excellent reputation for quality and innovation.
Reporting to the MD responsibilities will include all aspects of financial control, management information, financial analysis to support business decisions, liaison with professional advisors and company secretarial and taxation matters. As a key member of the executive team making a proactive contribution to the management of the business and its growth. Heavily involved in commercial and strategic decision making across functional boundaries shaping the future business.
Weather qualified or qualified by experience candidates will demonstrate first class financial management skills and a track record of success in a fast moving commercial environment. Will be ambitious and relish joining a medium size organisation with outstanding growth prospects.
