Description
Our client is a global sugar, cereal sweetener, starch and citric acid processing company and through their Technology Group they offer technical solutions, consultancy services and speciality sugar related products throughout the world.

Job Requirements
Purpose of Job:
To create and maintain customer data and sales orders information in the SAP. The Job Holder is responsible for managing our client's activities that relate to the sales module in SAP.

Main Accountabilities:
•Creating and Maintaining Customer Master Data in SAP.
•Processing and maintaining all project and stock sales orders in SAP.
•Communicating to Finance, Projects and Business Management about the status of delivery and invoicing documentation entered into SAP.
•Organising all of the required marketing brochures and keep updated the web site information according to requirements.
•Sales reporting using SAP.

Performance Measures:
•Creating and maintaining Customer Master Data in SAP.
•All project and stock sales orders entered into SAP are accurate and reliable to include correct pricing and all other details.
•Delivery and invoicing documentation entered into the system are accurate and reliable.
•The marketing tools are updated and implemented according the agreed plan.

•Technically competent with experience in SAP, customer service, marketing and commercially competent.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Knowledge of administrative procedures.
•Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
•Ability to manage data collection and ordering.
•Customer service orientation.
•Adaptability to help develop and implement new systems.
•Works well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
•Good organisational skills.
•Computer literate – advanced MS Office skills.
