Time Study Engineer/Industrial Engineer Required to Implement Cost Saving Techniques and Increase Productivity-Aerospace or Automotive Background

A global supplier of new and retreaded tyres for the aerospace market. This firm has experienced a high level of growth in 2011 and look to be even busier in 2012; they adopt traditional methods of production and are a worldwide name.
Job Requirements
The firm are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer or Time Study Consultant with a background in work measurement exercises. You'll be responsible for carrying out time studies and gathering shift data to generate process improvements in output and production. The data is to be fed back with the use of presentations and flow charts and to work with management to produce initiatives that increase output and capacity. The role is encompassing as you'll be working to reduce scrap and waste to present a cost saving and implementing all your recommendations. You must be an organised person with demonstrable experience of performing this role in a similar capacity. A background in automotive or aerospace engineering would be perfect.

This position is a contract position based on a day pattern of hours. A good market rate and the chance to work independently implementing your own methodology and techniques.
