Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist products for both the civil and defence aerospace industries plus other transportation sectors. An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer will primarily provide technical support to the production cell, implement factory improvements, capital plant purchase, continuous improvements and launch new products. The role encompasses the whole production process from material receipt to despatch of finished products, acting as the main point of contact for all production queries. Ensure that a safe working environment exists within the production cell and will introduce cell improvements as part of the site improvement plan.
You will be qualified to Degree level or equivalent and have manufacturing/production experience in a relevant discipline.
