Our client is a leader in design, manufacture and support of world leading turbo chargers and associated equipment.

Due to growth plans a position of Test Technology Manager has become available, and as such we welcome applicants who want a fresh challenge, and meet the requirements below

• Defining the Test Technology strategy and roadmap, whilst leading your team in the development, maintenance and implementation of test facilities at global technical centres.
• Developing new systems, technologies and processes to provide high quality test data, as well as reliably delivering Test Technology projects.
• Working with the relevant component experts and functional specialists to develop an accelerated test capability.
• Managing the building of new and refurbishment of existing test facilities, including developing rigs for component durability testing. Holding a degree or equivalent in mechanical/automotive engineering or applied sciences, you must be an experienced industry professional, with a relevant background, able to demonstrate:
• A proven track record in managing a large technical team, along with excellent project management skills, including the ability to deliver high value capital projects.
• Significant and practical involvement in engine bed or related test cell design, coupled with extensive first-hand operational knowledge.
• A genuine understanding of related technical and legislative issues, backed by a solid grasp of physical measurement techniques.
