Our client handles movement of vehicles and parts for a major automotive manufacturer.

We are recruiting for a Market Response Assistant on a 3/6-month contract based in Leicester.

As Market Response Assistant, you will be working within the automotive Customer Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dedicated team working with the an automotive dealer network and internal teams.

JOB DUTIES:
Working within the Market Response Team who serve as primary point of contact for an automotive dealer network. You will be responsible for responding to dealer queries, understanding their concerns and owning problems through to resolution, whilst achieving and maintaining agreed service levels that the Call Centre has with their client. You will be expected to keep the customer up to date of the progress made whilst striving to exceed their expectations. The role will be varied with the requirement to support administration duties such as DFS Order Management, Critical parts and Export queries.

Applicants must have the following skills and experience:
* The understanding of Automotive aftermarket processes and functions.
* Have strong customer focus and have an understanding of dealer customer / dealer networks and parts ordering.
* Ability to identify solutions for customers and have excellent problem solving skills.
* Well developed written and oral communication skills.
* SAP/Excel. Ability to manage and work effectively with team and internal support departments.
* Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills, self motivated, methodical, flexible and a team player
