Our client is a prestigious Logistics company, handling movement of vehicles and parts for a major automotive manufacturer
We are recruiting for a Market Response Administrator on a 3/6-month contract based in Leicester.
As Market Response Administrator, you will support the an automotive dealer. This role reports into the Market Response Team Leader ensuring that backorders are managed and maintained within business targets with the emphasis on driving communication update to the customer.
This role is a dealer facing position and will be the point of contact for customers in co-ordinating the search for parts, communicating the supply chain status and tracking parts with estimated time of arrival to the customer with a sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure customers aged backorder lines are managed in line with agreed targets.
* Work with Internal areas to manage backorders to meet desired targets
* Manage Large Order Process to ensure minimum disruption to normal business and ensure on time delivery
* Support and Manage RCCA and CI Card
Skills and Experience Required:
* Have understanding of Automotive aftermarket processes and functions.
* Have strong customer focus and have an understanding of dealer customer / dealer networks and parts ordering.
* Possess the Ability to identify solutions for customers and have excellent problem solving skills.
* Must be well-developed written and oral communication skills.
* Have the Ability to manage and work effectively with team and internal support departments.
* Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills, self motivated, methodical, flexible and a team player, this individual must work with a sense of urgency and track issues through to resolution.
