Our client is a leading clean power systems company. Their proprietary clean fuel and clean power technologies provide solutions to the difficult environmental and energy supply challenges being faced by governments and industry.

To implement process and product improvements primarily within engineering and operations, through the application of appropriate quality improvement techniques.

To work with design, engineering and operations departments to ensure that specifications are established for components and products that are appropriate for fit form and function requirements.

• To support R and T and engineering in optimising experiments for evaluating the effects of design changed and component variability on product performance.
• Carry out and document investigations into non conforming products and processes and implement effective corrective actions, working with out suppliers where appropriate.
• Work within programme delivery teams to identify process improvement opportunties and effectively resolve issues by root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• As befits and organisation of the size and entreprenurial spirit of the group, perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned or required by the group.
  Practical application of quality improvement techniques, perferably within an engineering environment, with proven record of achieving results in improving products and processes.
  
  Familiarity with a range of test and measuring equipment, for general engineering products, and preferably fuel cells, and practical experience in measurement and test methods.
  
  Practical experience in the use of appropriate statistical methods for data analysis and in the efficient use of experiments to collect data.
