The Role:
- The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Director and department to include preparing key reports and documentation for senior meetings.
- An important part of the role will include the drafting and updating PowerPoint presentations, so expertise in PowerPoint is essential.
- General administrative support will also be required, to include diary management, arranging of meetings and conference room bookings.
Requirements:
- The need to work pro-actively in a busy team, to support deadlines is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Excel experience.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of dealing with highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
- Previous experience of drafting presentations and marking up amendments to documents.
- Ability to multi-task and priorities workload through to completion.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to deal pro-actively with obstacles to support team objectives.
- Confident when liaising with wider business units.
- A team player.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Planning and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable dealing with senior management and external agencies such as lawyers and auditors.
