Technician - Calibration

A world leader in the innovation, design and manufacture of Diesel Fuel Injection equipment. With many years of experience in the Fuel Injection Market are now looking for a Calibration Technician to work on either a permanent or contract basis.
The goals of the Calibration Technician will include but are not limited to:
Assemble, strip and calibrate Rotary DI pumps (DPS/200/210/310)
Maintenance of PE1060 and Hartridge 780 test machines
Carry out other test procedures as required e.g. flow tests
Problem solving - apply a methodical and logical approach to problem solving on production and customer rejects.
Participate in production yield improvement activities.
Analyze performance data to assess suitability for production
Cross functional communication.
Participate in team orientated activities
Operate Mainframe and PC based computer systems
As the Calibration Technician you will be able to communicate effectively and present data in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Must have proven experience of running and maintaining test machines, and knowledge and experience of calibration procedures on Rotary DI Pumps.
Must have the ability to operate computer systems including Mainframe and PC based applications.
