To design new products from concept through to volume manufacturing in accordance with agreed specifications and product plans. To ensure new products are delivered successfully, on time and within budget. To continually improve the design of existing products leading to benefits of cost reduction, design for manufacture and improved quality.
New product introduction and improving existing products are key to the continuing financial success of the company, and customer reputation of excellent product quality and customer service.
Utilising 2D and 3D design techniques using Solid Edge/Solid Works. Experience of Plastic Moulded components Castings and knowledge of tooling,rapid prototyping and assembly processes.
