Jonathan Lee Recruitment is a well established Technical and Commercial recruitment business. Our success has been built upon the technical knowledge of our staff and over thirty years of delivering recruitment excellence. To further strengthen our permanent and contract recruitment teams, we are now looking to recruit industry experts or experienced recruitment consultants to help deliver new business requirements.

These positions will require a real focus on delivery and an attitude based on success and making things happen. We are a very driven business, consultative in approach with a strong belief in adding value and forming close customer partnerships. To be considered for this role candidates will have experience gained either working or recruiting within a Technical or Engineering environment. What is most important is an ability to influence and deal with people in a friendly and professional manner.

Of particular relevance will be industry experience gained within Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics or General Manufacturing, other industry experience considered could include medical, automation and energy. For all successful candidates full on the job training will be given, our aim is to strengthen our ethos of "Solutions through Understanding" by employing professional recruitment specialists who can talk the same language as our clients and candidates

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and an ability to win business and develop strong robust working relationships.
Qualifications for these positions will generally be to degree standard in a technical or commercial discipline, alternatively a demonstrable track record gained within recruitment will be considered. Personal attributes will include a "can do" attitude an ability to multi-task taking responsibility for business development and achieving fee targets. The role does allow a great deal of autonomy but with a real focus on developing professional client and candidate relationships that will promote repeat business.
