The EAME (Europe, Africa and Middle East) Human Services Division of our Engineering client is seeking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Consultant.

The Compensation and Benefits team provides services to internal customers throughout the UK and EAME in the areas of compensation, benefits, relocation and job evaluation. This position is the senior level in the Compensation and Benefits arena and exists as a functional expert in the field of compensation.
You will be responsible for successfully integrating the recent acquisitions into the company philosophy, policies and practices. As such, you will be expected to lead complex projects across multiple functions and provide direction and guidance to other employees throughout the region and, therefore, there will be a moderate level of travel within this role.

You must have a university degree or certification that is equivalent and professional level qualifications (CIPD or equivalent in Accounting or Legal profession). You will need outstanding analytical skills, including a good understanding of statistics and the ability to use Excel for this purpose. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills to enable strong working relationships to be built with a diverse customer and supplier group and have the ability to communicate at all levels via informal verbal, formal presentations or formal written communications, have the proven ability to lead multiple complex projects to tight deadlines and within budget, have a strong focus on the customer and a determination to seek out what the customer requirements are. You will also need broad experience in the compensation and benefits field, including job evaluation and salary planning and 6 Sigma Green Belt experience.
