A degree qualified Manufacturing Engineer with Battery Systems experience is required for this leading motorsport team.

Key Accountabilities:
Overall management of the battery production system in order to deliver department responsibilities.
Design and implement a production engineering process for battery production that provides for high levels of customer satisfaction, team ownership and continuous improvement.
Design and implement an appropriate quality management system to capture manufacturing and product performance.
Manage the customer interface to support design led changes and ensure delivery.
Manage and develop the personnel within the battery manufacturing team to support flexible working and the creation of a proactive continuous improvement culture.
Ensure that the unit operates a World class health and safety system.
