Azerbaijan Country Manager

To act as the Country Manager for a new joint venture in Azerbaijan for a new Taxi company being responsible for the deployment of fleet vehicles and their service and maintenance to ensure a successful integration into the designated country:
To successfully manage the service centre and fleet cars for the integration into the country.
To ensure the successful deployment of over 1000 fleet cars within the country whilst providing a complete and comprehensive service and maintenance department. .
To provide the main communication link within the joint venture monitoring all quality functions presenting results to the board.
Manage all aftersales, repairs and advise on the taxi company operations and assist with presenting driver training and technical training.
Co-Ordination of activities through multiple departments.
Run the PandL for the newly established division to ensure its success
Experience and Skills:
Automotive experience within a Car Dealership in a technical capacity.
General Service Manager running a serviced facility for car repairs and sales.
Ability to launch new business ventures.
Marketing development skills and knowledge of service industries.
Ability to successfully project manage and research new prospects for fleet vehicles.
Knowledge of Russian Language is essential.
Good communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.
Strong commercial and organisational skills essential.
