TRW Electric Power Steering Systems is a major automotive component supplier manufactures high integrity, engineered, electro-mechanical systems. With strong vision and investment plans, and an excellent order book, they now seek a Six Black Belt to support their team in Birmingham.
The Black Belt will effectively align Six Sigma and DFSS projects with the business group s vision, achieving real and measurable financial gains, including leading Six Sigma projects as well as advising, coordinating and managing projects. Pro-actively championing and communicating Six Sigma and DFSS methodology with the aim of embedding it into the organization culture
Experience
Degree qualified or similar
Strong numeracy/literacy
Minimum of 5 years automotive experience essential
Capable of leading a project with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
