Manage over 900 people is a fast moving manufacturing lean environment whilst reporting to the Managing Director. Candidates will have experience of managing a similar number within automotive or a large processing/manufacturing facility with a global presence . Prospects are excellent as the position is seen as a step to a Director position within twelve months. Ideally degree qualified with drive and ambition whiles demonstrating a track record of achieving results whilst developing people.
