Our client is the main stamping site for this multi-site manufacturer of automotive body panels for many of the world`s leading vehicle producers.
Main Responsibilities
- Have a strong employee focus, identify and address any underlying productivity issues.
- Observe performance of all employee s including Plant employee s, supervisors and maintenance hour to hour and undertake action to improve any issue that occurs.
- Identify any area s and opportunities for improvement and support the changes required.
- The key responsibility in this role is to pro-actively drive productivity improvement by the hour and to educate supervision in levels of acceptability
