Technical Manager - Process Engineering

The world`s leading advanced structural materials company requires a Technical Manager to lead process engineering and Quality Control Laboratories at the UK manufacturing facility.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to improve plant productivity, quality and efficiency and act as process technical lead. Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the entire manufacturing process, ensuring technically robust testing solutions are delivered.
Degree qualified, you will have a comprehensive working knowledge of technical and administrative manufacturing techniques. A strong advocate of continuous improvement through the utilisation of lean tools and six sigma principles, you will have experience of managing and co-ordinating large projects with the ability to provide right first time solutions and processes.
