Midlands based Interiors firm consisting of approx 10 staff from Junior Designers through to the 3 Directors of the firm. They have a solid base of repeat business clients which has steered them through 2010 and are now looking to grow with this new member of staff.

As a practice, they are very design orientated and offer a bubbly work atmosphere with a friendly design based staff.
This is an out and out design role; you`ll be preparing new design from the clients brief and working under a Director. The concept will then be developed with a Technician with a view to working together to get a tender package completed; as a designer you`ll have design autonomy based upon the clients brief.

There isn`t any out and out Technical work with this role but you`ll need to have some Technical expertise when presenting to clients and talking through their ideas.

You`ll need to have a strong Commercial project background twinned with experience in another sector also. There isn`t any 3D work involved with the role but you`ll need to be confident in front of clients and AutoCAD proficient.
This contract should see you through to Christmas; it could go on into 2012 depending on workload. A very nice firm that work on high end projects and are contract friendly.

This could be very suitable for a strong Part II also who has worked in a design practice on Commercial schemes.
