IT Technical Support - 3rd Line Help Desk Support

Our Client designs, develops, and manufactures powertrain components for use within the motorsport industry, specifically F1. As such flexibility is important as is a willingness to work unsociable hours when a race is on.

They are currently seeking to recruit an ongoing contractor to work as third line IT support. The contract will be offered on a FTC basis so would suit someone seeking long term work rather than a jobbing contractor

You will be the last port of call responsible for resolving incidents and problems that have escalated through 2nd and 1st line support procedures. You will have expert knowledge of cisco systems, Exchange, Microsoft windows 7 etc.

This role is suitable for an experienced professional seeking career progression within a dynamic organisation. Please note candidates with experience in a fast paced SME are prefferred over large blue chips as it is breadth of experience that is important.

Educational background is unimportant although you must be certified on Microsoft products and cisco systems; ambition and flexibility are vital
