This role is a first for the company so it will give you the chance to develop it how you see fit and to implement ideology that will be best suited to the firm and the environment. There is a strong possibility that a career can be defined as the company are looking to implement other people in a similar role at a later date.
This role is a unique one in that it is a first for the company; the role comprises of the formulation and delivery of a training programme for their machine operators with an emphasis on also educating them on continuous improvement techniques.

It`s a role that will liaise closely with the management team and create standards and protocols for the firm to adhere to; these will largely be Kaizen and Quality driven so you must have a proven track record in implementing continuous improvement techniques as well as training staff.

This position would suit a person with a training background (train the trainer would be great) who has production skills in an automotive environment as you will then be training people within the organisation to put in place your training standards. A person who has design bespoke training in the Automotive industry would be very relevant as long at you can show examples of working with operator level staff.
This permanent role is an immediate start on a competitive salary which is to be discussed at submission stage.
