Senior Manufacturing APQP Engineer-NPI
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England
£0 - 44k per year + up to 44k + benefits

Our client is recognised as a leading manufacturer of industrial diesel engines. OEM Manufacturers and users on every continent have, for generations, powered their world. If possible, the desired location for this role is in the USA.
This role will be team based, reporting to the APQP Supervisor; it is vital as it`s aids in the successful implementation and delivery of major manufacturing and NPI projects with this global firm.

You must have proven technical expertise in the implementation and application of proactive quality tools, and the ability to develop and deploy new strategies for the continued Manufacturing APQP, specifically NPI. This role would perfectly suit a person who has a string manufacturing/automotive background who excels in PPAP and APQP; it`s a people facing role so you must feel comfortable advising staff and potentially clients alike.

The individual will be a key speaker and contributor capable of guiding staff and customers through their ideas (and potentially change) whilst interacting with other teams acting as a technical point of contact. You`ll need demonstrable experience of strategy and working to achieving the pre set goals of the firm; there is a strong career path defined with this role.

This position is a Senior level acquisition; we`d like to hear from candidates who have a relevant degree (mechanical or manufacturing) as well as the experience above.
This permanent role offers a very good salary and excellent benefits; the salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed at submission stage.

Your CV will be forwarded to Jonathan Lee Recruitment, a leading engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy established in 1978. The services advertised by Jonathan Lee Recruitment are those of an Employment Agency.
