To manage a team of production operators and team leaders within a lean environment. Processes include machining, fabrication, plating , painting and assembly. Candidates should be experienced people managers with a good grasp of engineering principles and an ability to implement change. Prospects are excellent for development and this position is seen as part of the business succession plan.
Manage a team producing high integrity assemblies trackside.
