Based on a three shift five days system the role will cover production, quality and engineering. Candidates must have leadership qualities and an understanding of engineering processes and be able to drive through improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The team will be made up of a flexible number of operators dependant on the workload. This position must be seen as a career step with prospects of developing into more senior roles within the UK or Europe.
Manage a discreet team of operators and staff with a portfolio of large capital plant manufacturing components and assemblies directly to the OEM`s trackside. Excellent prospect for career development.
