A Technical Analyst is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Description
Core task is to provide support to enable the team to achieve its objectives. Single point of contact for all parts of Project Management of component support in Programmes. This may include Bill of Material (BoM) establishment with programme teams, agreement of rigs & spares requirements, organisation of all parts ordering and completion of processes required to get parts to development teams. Provides consistent process support for Programme Module Sub Team (PMST) leaders / department. Administration of all travel planning and arrangements for whole team, plus other key administrative tasks that would benefit the team from central organisation. Creation of weekly status metrics.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Must be a good team player with the ability to work with teams of staff at all levels. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to report issues across all levels. Must have the ability to manage complex issues is essential to balance the conflicting needs of the business within project timing constraints. Must demonstrate proactive, delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines. Must be confident in the use of Microsoft office including Excel.

Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of our client’s systems, such as WERS/eFDVS/CORA/GPIRS would be preferred but not essential.

Details
Experience Required:
A working knowledge of engineering disciplines, with a demonstrable knowledge of the relevant Chassis systems and components is desirable.

Experience Preferred:
Experience in Engineering release processes such as WERS would be useful.
