First tier automotive supplier of mainly plastic components with an excellent order and currently developing an additional manufacturing facility. Processes include plastic injection moulding, paint and assembly. They have an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and delivery.
Define plant specific equipment and organise pre-production and production runs while continually seeking cost reduction opportunities. Prepare CAPEX to a certain level and participate in validation and installation, prepare workstations and organise/write instructions. Work closely with engineering, production and quality teams.
Work closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams setting up and validating processes and instructions. Justify small projects and raise CAPEX and arrange installation.
