An outstanding opportunity to join one of the world s most iconic brands within motorsport.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be responsible for mechanical engineering within the electronics department.

This would include design of extremely robust, lightweight enclosures for housing equipment on a car, and the design of special purpose fixtures for design and production test.

As the Mechanical Engineer you will have experience of working with electronics engineers on the design enclosures on electronic equipment.

Attend hardware design reviews.

Devise and oversee mechanical tests to prove the finished equipment is appropriate for use on the car.

To design fixtures for design and production test of electronics, sensors, and actuators.

The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent (2:1 or better preferred) in mechanical engineering, or a related, appropriate discipline.



Experience using 3D CAD systems, NX or CATIA is also desirable



The Mechanical Engineer must have a willingness to work flexibly within a small team.


Previous experience in F1 would be ideal.



This role requires travel, mainly within the UK therefore you must be able and willing to travel as and when required.
