Our client is a leading technical supplier to the automotive industry, and due to exceptional growth plans and current business requirements, they are looking to appoint a Principal Design Engineeras such we welcome applicant who meet the criteria below:
- To provide expertise in the design and development of power electronics hardware and software
- To undertake electronics project work on client sites.
- To keep abreast of future developments in the field of power electronics, in particular those areas relevant to the automotive and transportation industry.
- Design and development of power electronic circuitry.
- Electronic circuit simulation and analysis.
- Specification and selection of electronic components.
- Preparation of electronic schematics and associated PCB layouts.
- Testing and evaluation of electronic components.
- Validation of electronic systems.
- Preparation of FMEAs and design validation documentation.
- Preparation and monitoring of project plans.
