Facilities Engineer
Birmingham, West Midlands, England
Reputable organisation, established in the UK for almost 30 years and looking to maintain and bolster its position with a number of key appointments. Working in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
Responsibilities include:-
Diagnosis and repair of site facilities
Formulation and execution of effective (value added) PM plans
Prioritisation, validation and completion of maintenance requests raised on the Smart Request system
Control facility spare parts with a cost effective approach to ordering and budget adherence
Capture of comprehensive facility maintenance data history
Pilot for site facilities using KPI's to formulate and execute improvement action plans
Liaison with project team for new facility installation to achieve necessary requirements
Plant pilot for high voltage sub station maintenance
You will be responsible for contractors onsite and their adherence to legislation and company rules
