Innovative world-class organisation and leader in its field, producing niche market, medium volume Automotive products. An ever increasing global order book has generated requirement to add professional and dynamic Mechanical Design Engineers to an impressive and well respected team.
Typical responsibilities include:
Concepts development and design studies
Design detailing, BOM compilation and drawing release
Prototype build support
Ownership and delivery of projects
Liaison with internal and external customers on project briefs and activity
Successful candidates will be:
Ideally educated to Degree/HND level in mechanical engineering or have equivalent experience.
Demonstrable design / product development experience
A good knowledge of CAD and associated supporting software
Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and influence change
Product knowledge of excavators, earthmovers, military, commercial or agricultural off road vehicles and their applications would also be desirable.
