APC Programme Architecture Design Engineer
Gaydon, Warwickshire, England
£30.20 - 30.20 per hour

Working with the Advanced Product Creation (APC) Programme Architecture Lead. The System Architect will be required to understand the new Electrical feature identified for a new programme prior to, architect the various solutions, deliver the System Architecture Diagram(s) plus any required supporting documentation for a given feature, system or change. Assess and dimension the impact of each solution relating to cost, timing, integration and associated risks with delivery.

Skills Required:
Experience in Vehicle Electrical Architecture and System Architecture Design. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to effective liaise with all levels within the organisation. Drive and motivation to achieve goals of team and self with minimum supervision. High level of IT literacy including Office Tools and Visio.

Skills Preferred:
Working knowledge of PREEvision architecture modelling. Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and systems.

Experience Required:
It is anticipated that applicants will have significant experience in an engineering environment.

Education Required:
It is anticipated that applicants will be educated to degree level in an engineering subject and will have significant experience in an engineering environment.

Additional Information:
This roll will be based at Gaydon, but requires regular travel to other engineering sites, in particular Whitley and Warwick University.
