Senior Production Engineer

Based in Yorkshire, our client is a long-established award winning designer and manufacturer of large AC induction motors. Their products are intended for the most arduous and demanding applications in the world. Offering quality and reliability that are considered second to none, the business is a preferred supplier to many international companies.
We are looking to recruit a SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER to help build the production engineering department to enable the company to effectively schedule and capicity plan product manufacturing more effectively. Ideally degree qualified (or holding HNC / HND) in Mechanical or Production Engineering and having experience of process routing and optimisation. You should be well versed in Lean techniques, AutoCAD and able to read CNC code to suggest improvements to cycle timings.
This role is commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Halifax and Huddersfield.
