World renowned Automotive Manufacturrer whose processes are state of the art plastic blow moulding and system assembly, producing products which include fuel tanks and fuel pipes for Just-In-Time supply to Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW and Rolls Royce.
The role requires the individual to take ownership and responsibility for the product quality, process control, quality standards and related procedures required to ensure blow moulded carcasses and related system assembly are made to meet company and customer expectations. Quality of product produced must be of the highest and safest possible standards to ensure fuel tanks, and fuel pipes manufactured at the client will perform well in service and exceed their lifetime endurance requirements.
Qualified to degree level in a suitable technical discipline (or relevant experience), you will have an understanding of the processing of plastic materials.

With demonstartable Quality engineering experience, you will be flexible and have experience of working in a fast moving automotive environment.

You will be organised to be able to cope with multiple tasks and priorities in a fast moving environment and with a high commitment to quality (to ISO 9001-2000 / TS/ISO 16949 standards).

You will possess and be able to use quality tools: 8D, 5Why, FTA, MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP.
