Our client is a leader in design, manufacture and support of world leading turbo chargers and associated equipment.
Due to growth plans a position of Global Lean Deployment Manager has become available, and as such we welcome applicants who want a fresh challenge, and meet the requirements below
This position will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing process and profitability improvements across the global operations.
Delivery of buisness improvements and Operations Excellence, as well as project based activities aligned to lean manufacturing principles.
Key requirement is to ensure that lean improvements are consistently deployed across all locations and becomes embedded as a way of life that transforms our manufacturing operations. Previous experience of lean manufacturing principles and significant process improvement and demonstrated capability to implement the theory. Previous experience leading major changes across multiple global facilities and multiple global cultures.
- Six sigma leadership experience helpful but not required.
- In depth knowledge and experience of coaching and sustainable deployment of lean tools.
- Degree, or equivalent
- Six sigma training
- Ability to travel extensively required. Globally
