Our client is recognised as a leading manufacturer of industrial diesel engines. OEM Manufacturers and users on every continent have, for generations, powered their world. If possible, the desired location for this role is in the USA.
This position requires a person with extensive knowledge of Facilities Management in the UK and the USA. You`ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing building on behalf of the firm whilst sourcing new real estate/land for new developments. They currently have ongoing developments in the USA, Singapore and potentially Australia.
You must have a strong track record of managing a varied and large portfolio, with an emphasis on maximising value and troubleshooting problems.
The post requires an organised person who is experienced in analysing problems, troubleshoots, and identifying alternative solutions. This would included projections and possible consequences of proposed actions whilst initiating methods to evade potential problems.
The role is working within a team of 4 located in Europe, USA and the UK. Strong academia is required, ideally a degree in Economics or a related construction degree; it`s a permanent role with a good salary and excellent benefits.
