Finance Business Analyst

Our client is a world leader in the development and manufacture of Autocatalyst technology and operates to the automotive industry.
They have a vacancy within their IT Department for a Finance Business Analyst to support and maintain the Financial and Metal modules in the JD Edwards ERP system.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure that processes are aligned with the business requirements and identify opportunities to implement improvements, while gaining business sponsorship for new systems and providing end-to-end project management for changes and new implementations.
Your skills will also play a key role in the aspect of the Division s ERP strategy, which may involve implementing or migrating ERP systems to SAP from JDE, over a period of time.
Your knowledge of the fundamentals of IT, combined with proven experience of working with JDE OneWorld, preferably within the financial modules, will contribute to the requirements of the role.
Configuration experience within JDE OneWorld would be also advantageous. In addition, you will have a good understanding of day-to-day Finance operations and ideally be familiar with aspects of precious metal accounting.
Previous experience in a role of focussed on business analysis would be advantageous. In return, this challenging role will provide opportunities to apply your excellent influencing, leadership and communication skills.
