A leading supplier to the global aerospace industry. Its products and services support every major civil and military aerospace programme in the western world, from helicopters to the latest generation of commercial and military jets.
A position has become available for a Senior Specialist Engineer for FPGA design.
This role is based in Buckinghamshire, close to the M1 and is commutable from Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes and Luton.
The role is principally to design, validate, verify, certify and maintain new conceptual and existing FPGA/ASICs designs, reaching compliance for DO-254 certification.
Away from your core role, as the Senior Specialist Engineer you may be required to carry out assignments in other departments throughout the company.
This is a permanent role with an immediate start, paying a competitive salary with additional benefits. To be considered, you must have a demonstratable background in FPGA design (ideally VHDL), simulation experience (Modelsim) and fitting (Actel or Xilinx).
