Vibrant Automotive Tier 1 Manufacturer, been established in the UK for almost 30 years and now looking to bolster its position with a number of key appointments. Working in a challenging but collaborative environment with a complex, technically innovative product for some of the largest and most successful automotive OEMs in the world.
Through communication with the project teams, as Change Management Coodinator you will be responsible for delivering and organising changes within projects and current production into the companies MRP system. You will be responsible for ensuring that the changes are completed within a set timeline and to the agreed standard.

You will be responsible for the structuring and setting up and management of a pre-PDM change management system for current production and post-FDJ project changes. This will include worklists to ensure changes are implemented robustly and that standard documents and actions for each department have been completed.

This will also include all Windchill management and changes cascaded to SAP, updating them with, bill of materials from the early stages of the design through to the successful introduction into production as well as supporting the project managers to implement changes within the projects.

This will involve close liaison with the project managers, local process leader, sister companies, and the global project team.
Ideal candidates would have
- Knowledge of change management within project lifecycle and current production.
- Some experience of project management and engineering improvements would be advantageous.
- Experience of process flows and streamlining
- Experience of SAP-PD
- Experience of Windchill would be advantageous
- Familiarity with budgeting and project planning.
- GPDS experience/exposure would be beneficial
