The development of a new range of vehicles has created a very exciting opportunity within the Programme Management Group for a Programme Leader. Key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

• Leading and delivering robust definition, planning and delivery of vehicle programmes.
• Assisting in target setting/balancing and management of cost, quality timing and function.
• Manage concern resolution including administration of the change management system (regular reviews), concern metrics and reporting.
• Working closely with and reporting back to the Programme Manager in relation to change management, and SEL and PDL responses.
• Leading BOM to CAD alignment exercise and Virtual Series events as primary point of contact for Programme.
• Working with PMT areas and the Programme Coordinator to develop commodity plans that deliver releases at the appropriate Data Judgement (DJ) point and correct pedigree parts for vehicle builds.
  Personal Requirements:
• Automotive or Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Whole vehicle or complex system programme coordination / management.
• Extensive knowledge of product development / creation systems.
• Experience in component design, development and sign off.
• Confident presentation skills.
