The company currently supplies electronic systems to the aerospace industry for both civil and defence applications. Their major area of business at Cheltenham is avionics systems. There is scope for working on a variety of projects and products and the constantly changing approach to systems and procedures in house means that engineers have a real opportunity to help shape the organisation.
Working directly for the Operations Director, the Cell Manager role will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. You will utilise your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals. This is a opportunity for an ambitious individual who might wish to expand their experience into an Operational Environment
The key elements required:
- Proven front line leadership of an operations organisation of at least 100 heads
- Experience in a relevant large, complex blue chip manufacturing organisation
- Significant experience of defining processes and implementing these
