Global Security Manager

Our client is recognised as a leading manufacturer of industrial diesel engines. OEM Manufacturers and users on every continent have, for generations, powered their world.
This is a very specialist, executive and important position for the firm; a role that can be based in Europe, Asia or the USA.
Predominantly a high level management based role, you`ll be coordinating the security protocol for the group. A significant part of the position will be the effective coordination and deployment of sub contracted security professionals in relation to responding to critical security related incidents against employees or assets.
The implementations you will initiate will be targeted to maintain security processes and asset protection measures to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas through significant previous experience.
There will be a large amount of investigation work, including interviewing; major law enforcement (high ranking police official, intelligence agency (MI-5) would be distinctly advantageous.
There will be some aspect of travel around the world as this is a global position; if you speak other languages than English that would be highly sough after also.
To be considered, you must have a strong academic base; ideally Masters qualified and significant experience in the competences already outlined.
This is a very specialist and important role; salary is to be discussed at submission stage.
