Our client is a leading clean power systems company. Their proprietary clean fuel and clean power technologies provide solutions to the difficult environmental and energy supply challenges being faced by governments and industry.


The NPI Project Manager will own, lead and inspire the plan to transition production from low volume (UK) to high volume production at manufacturing partner plants across the globe. Specifically, the purpose of the job will be to coordinate activities required to develop, manufacture and launch commercially viable products based on my clients clean power fuel cell technology. This will involve interfacing with my client, Contract Manufacturing and other Manufacturing Partner organisations and will include assembly, test and component supply. The programme will be managed in accordance with my clients best practice directives.

  • Accountable and responsible for programme delivery within time, budget and to specification
  • Maintain programme plan and schedule
  • Create and maintain programme work breakdown structure
  • Allocation of budget and tasks
  • Monitor programme performance
  • Manage, focus and motivate programme team
  • Manage programme change control
  • Presentation of technical status to my client
  • To own the quality and integrity of the programme data
  • Coordinate supporting research and technology tasks for programmes
  • Implement AC product development strategy where appropriate
  • Contribute to AC stack product roadmap definition
  • Ensure that resources, capex and materials are in place to meet designated project
