Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels and within all functions. Ability to negotiate between conflicting business interests. Business acumen and financial skills to understand the implications to Manufacturing and the overall business. Good level of analytical ability.
Skills Preferred:
Ability to think out of the box and challenge existing work practices. Able to understand the impact of Product related technical assumptions and Packaging information on Manufacturing processes & facilities.
Details
Experience Required:
Practical experience in team orientated problem-solving techniques, some experience leading cross-functions teams. Good written and oral English language skills. Proficient ability in using Microsoft applications; particularly Word, Excel and Power Point.
Experience Preferred:
Extensive Automotive experience.
Education Required:
HND / HNC / Engineering diploma.
Education Preferred:
Educated to degree level, in a relevant field or subject, is preferred, but not essential.
