Our client is a design and manufacturing expert for Automotive OEMs. As Project Manager you will be required to oversee and satisfy the demands of a major OEM customer.
You will identify and pursue New Business Development Opportunities, generate RFQ response documents (i.e. commercial and technical proposals), undertake the day-to-day
customer interface for Project Management, Technical and Commercial related subjects and run the APQP procedure and integrating a multi-disciplined team. You will also
implement and deliver the project timing plan including overseeing industrialisation of new products, generate timing plans and complete Capital Expenditure Requests.
You must have a BEng (Hons) 2.2 or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification. Experience in Automotive or related Engineering sectors is preferred. You must also have project management experience and commercial experience, hold a full UK driving licence and be free to travel abroad.
