A Hybrid Project Engineer is required to work on contract for our large automotive client based in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Description
Deliver gateway requirements and reporting metrics. Manage commonality of calibration across vehicle and engine types. It will require the person to understand, and guide the team to deliver a common calibration. Knowledge of GPDS principles or other OEM company processes desirable. Report out calibration health status. Report calibration status vs. target to project management. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead the resolution of calibration and process issues within a Project Team environment. Knowledge of OEM delivery process desirable. Leadership of the programme activities in the Hybrid Calibration Department Act as an outward face and inward driver for team activities ensuring they are delivered to the programmes on time.

Job Requirements
Skills Required:
Proven Programme Management experience and ability to handle multiple programmes. Knowledge of Powertrain and or Electrical systems essential. Knowledge of Calibration tools techniques and processes is essential. An agile and flexible attitude when working with this highly technical growing area is essential.

Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of Control Systems and or Electrical integration is desirable. Knowledge of our client’s Project Management systems such as GPDS, GTDS, eFDVS is desirable.

Experience Required:
Project management. Exposure to calibration and control project delivery.

Experience Preferred:
OEM or automotive development systems such as GPDS.

Education Required:
Degree in a relevant field or subject.
