Reporting to the Hybrid Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for an array of vehicle programs with Hybrid content. The Hybrid Programme Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all approved programmes are supported with appropriate skills and resources and all gateway requirements are met. The successful candidate will also have to work closely with the other PD functions given the nature of hybrid technology.

Skills Required:
Applicants must have a working knowledge of Hybrid systems or Powertrain/Electrical systems. Must have strong leadership skills. A sound technical knowledge of key vehicle systems and whole vehicle engineering. Self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision.

Skills Preferred:
Experience of GPDS, eFDVS and AIMS processes would be useful. Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation. The ability to manage complex technical issues to balance the often conflicting needs of the business, within project timing constraints.

Experience Required:
Previous programme or project delivery - preferably automotive.

Education Required:
Educated to HND level, in a relevant field or subject.
