Project Timing and Co-ordination Engineer

Develop high level and detailed project timing plan in line with GPDS which can be used to track progress of the programme from early concept through to the Gateway. Identify areas of risk within plans, and develop contingency actions. Coordinate the AEE PDL responses for both Pre and Post PDL's. Assist in the co-ordination of the projects including setting up the agendas of weekly EE Senior management and department reviews, CPE/CFE reviews. Compile management reports and associated metrics to support senior management reviews. Co-ordinate and drive the team with the use of i3 deliverables to manage the completion for the programme milestones.

Experience Required:
Highly motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to achieve results by meeting deliverables/commitments. Good interpersonal and negotiating skills. Knowledge of and involvement in the product development phase. Familiar with GPDS programme management disciplines and conversant with supporting business systems. Must have good troubleshooting skills with a strong desire to get involved. Ability to generate and drive the team via a master schedule process. Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and Project). Good analytical/reconciliation skills with particular attention to the detail.

Education Required:
Educated to degree level in an Engineering or Business related subject.
