We are working with a leading construction company who specialise in modular off site constructions methods. This particular arm of the firm work with the repatriation and refurbishment of their products, they keep the existing shell and core design and then rebuild around it.

This position is a fixed term permanent position for a year, there is potential that this can go on for a longer duration but this is workload dependent. You'll be working in a team of 3 under the Technical Manager who has been with the firm for 16 years producing standard construction drawings including GA's, plans, sections and some details. Experience of working in a pradti8ce, contractor or consulting engineering firm is mandatory as they need a person who can contribute straight away to their increasing workload. Personality will play a big part in the role you will be working the small team.

You will need to have string building reg knowledge (a very basic test will be part of the interview) and feel confident with slight amendments to drawings, although modular build experience is not essential, it would be very beneficial if you have this experience.

The firm are looking to interview the first week in August and the role is a two stage interview process, own transport is essential due to the location of the firm.
